This is Engranajes 0.93.

It provides a graphical user interface to draw spur gears
and racks, with teeth shaped by the involute of a circle or
by an epi- and a hypocycloid. Depending on the operation
mode (single, link, or train), the interface configures a
free-standing element (gear or rack), a couple of meshing
elements, or a train allowing inclusion and removal of
elements.

The purpose of Engranajes is to display the geometrical
concept underlying meshing gears from an abstract viewpoint,
but not to design mechanical gearing.

BASIC INSTALLATION

The library gtkmm-4.0 (version >= 4.4) is required.

$ ./configure
$ make
$ sudo make install

USAGE

The interactive interface in the default train mode is
launched by `engranajes'. Available options are shown
passing the `--help' option and further documentation is
provided in the manual: `info engranajes'.
